Meet the Farmers

Mr. Jeraman Ginting & Mrs. Devianta Br. Barus

Today's coffee cherries come from two dedicated organic coffee farmers who have been trusted partners of Simalem Specialty Coffee since 2023.

The first contributor is Mr. Jeraman Ginting and his wife, who cultivate coffee on a 9,000 square-meter farm located at an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level. With a strong commitment to organic farming, they consistently produce high-quality coffee cherries that reflect the character of their land and careful cultivation practices.

The second contributor is Mrs. Devianta Br. Barus, an organic coffee farmer who manages a 5,000 square-meter farm at 1,250 meters above sea level. Since partnering with Simalem Specialty Coffee in 2023, she has consistently supplied fresh, carefully harvested coffee cherries that meet our quality standards.

Together, their dedication, experience, and commitment to sustainable farming practices play an important role in creating the exceptional quality found in every cup of this coffee.
